2. All accounts replenish at initial deposit level when account balance reaches $0.  This is not negotiable verbal or otherwise.
   
3. Refund of deposit balance is at the sole discretion of leads4agents.com LLC and is not guaranteed.  Bonus leads if applicable have no cash value.
   
4. Leads will post online to view and manage, in addition we will email leads in HTML or TXT format, we are not responsible for email delays or email errors.
   
5. Lead credits will be reviewed per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any lead credit request for any reason at our discretion.
   
6. No other agreement written or verbal existis.
   
7. Client agrees to act in good faith on any disputes or account questions and agrees if a credit line is granted - any unpaid balance reserves the right to go to a third party collection agency to recover owed funds.
   
8. If spectial IHIAA pricing or other discount pricing exists, no other bonus leads or bonus offer applies - can not combine offers.
   
9. Lead volume not guaranteed and results not guaranteed.  No sales or income claims have been made verbally or written.
   
10. We reserve the right to modify pricing, accounts, terms and conditions or refuse any business at any time without exception.
