2.  NO HYPE - STRAIGHT ANSWERS - Ask us a straight question, get a straight answer - period.

3.  FAIR RESOLUTION - Fair resolution on any technical glitches, reasonable requests to correct unusual situations.

4.  RESPECT - We will treat you with respect and we ask the same in return, nothing more or less.

5.  CANCEL ANYTIME - If we are not a good match, move on.  Any remaining deposit (if applicable) will be refunded less leads received.  A polite reason for cancellation will be appreciated so we can listen to your feedback.
