HEALTH INSURANCE LEAD RETURNS / CREDITS

Despite our best efforts, all Health Insurance leads are not perfect.  We believe the best return policy, is a fair return policy.  Leads4agents has a two step approach to quality control.  The first step is ALL leads are PRE-SCREENED, the second step is to be fair and allow returns for a multitude of reasons.

Lead Return / Credit Policy Overview:

1. All leads must be returned online in agents online account within 10 calendar days, on the 11th day leads will not be eligible for return for any reason.  Emailing leads to support or calling support is not acceptable, and all returns must be requested online by logging in to your account.
2. Leads returns may not exceed 20% of your monthly purchase commitment, per month
3. Pre-Screen questions and Acceptable reasons for return subject to change at any time without notice
4. Leads4Agents.Com LLC reserves the right to reject any return request at any time, for any reason
5. Leads accepted for return will result in a replacement lead only, not a refund of money

Pre-Screen Questions:

If any person checks these conditions, such leads will be flagged as UNINSURABLE and NOT sold as a premium Health Insurance lead.

"Please check if any person has any of the following conditions:"

1. AIDS / HIV
2. BI POLAR
3. CANCER
4. PREGNANT
5. PENDING SURGERY

Acceptable Reasons For Health Insurance Lead Credits:

Health Insurance Leads may be requested for return within 10 days for any of the following reasons listed below, not to exceed 20% of your monthly purchase commitment.  All requests for lead credits will be manually verified to prevent system abuse.

1. BAD PHONE NUMBER
2. DUPLICATE WITHIN 30 DAYS
3. DIABETIC, CURRENTLY PREGNANT
4. FAKE NAME OR FAKE LEAD
5. CURRENT CANCER
6. HEART PROBLEMS (MAJOR)
7. AIDS / HIV
8. HEP C
9. 65 YEARS OR OLDER (MEDICARE)

Unacceptable Reasons For Health Insurance Lead Credits:

1. Any reason not listed above
2. Lead returns in excess of 20% of your monthly purchase commitment
3. Common health issues such as allergies, asthma, blood pressure, cholesterol, mental conditions, and other conditions not specifically listed in the acceptable credit list above
4. Bad email address or postal address
5. Any lead return requested over 10 calendar days from delivery date (8th day and beyond not permitted)
6. Any lead claiming they already bought, not interested, or did not request information (All leads are self generated and verified)
7. Too many agents have called me (We can't control what other sites they filled out forms)
8. Failure to reach prospect by telephone, received voice mail, or no answer
9. Leads age, income or other demographic reason.
10. Duplicate lead purchase from another lead vendor (went to another site in addition to our site), duplicate lead (already in your database)
11. Height and Weight (since most agents also sell short term which does not usually ask height and weight)
