Q.  What is your lead return policy?  What is a bad lead?
A.  Not every lead is perfect, it is just not possible.  We accept requests for lead credits within 10 days for the following reasons:

A. Minimumpurchase commitment is $250 per month (very low).  You can set a max number of leads per day and per month, with a minimum spending commitment of $250 in leads per month.  You can define your areas and markets you wish to receive your leads, and whole state(s) is highly encouraged for maximum quantity.  You may also specify a telephone area code (where available).

Minimum spending commitment is $250 leads per month.  You will be charged for each lead you are sent (up to your monthly max).  If your account activity in lead purchases is under $250 in leads per month you will be charged for actual leads received.  If your monthly spending falls below $250 in leads per month we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account due to the cost of maintaining your CRM.  You may cancel your account anytime (and restart anytime as well).  Everything is outlined in our terms and conditions, nothing is hidden.

WE RECOMMEND A MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF NO LESS THAN 100 LEADS PER MONTH (OR MORE) TO TRULY RECEIVE ENOUGH VOLUME TO YIELD RESULTS.  WE ALSO RECOMMEND ALLOWING 3-6 MONTHS (OR MORE) TO MEASURE YOUR RESULTS (AS SOME DEALS TAKE TIME)
