"L4A" will send "agent" PHONE VERIFIED LEADS. L4A will call and speak with all leads or such lead will call into our call center. L4A will verify lead is interested in receiving quotes. L4A will verify lead against a few basic major medical health screening questions. After screening a lead L4A will attempt to contact the AGENT with the lead on the phone. L4A will then connect the AGENT with the lead via phone. IF AGENT DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR ANY REASON, AGENT WILL STILL RECEIVE SUCH LEAD VIA EMAIL AND WILL BE CHARGED FULL BIDDING PRICE FOR LEAD. LEAD RETURNS - L4A may at our discretion accept a limited number of returns, but for the most part this type of lead does not permit returns for any reason including but not limited to AGENT NOT ANSWERING PHONE or ADVERSE HEALTH outside of our screening questions. There are no refund of leads and all L4A decisions are final. We reserve the right to approve or dissapprove any lead credit request for any reason. AGENT is responsible for all charges and must maintain a valid credit card number on file at all times. AGENT will be charged DAILY for all lead purchases. BILLING - Any unpaid charges will promptly go to collections and / or collection agency if AGENT fails to pay balance owed within 10 days. CANCELLATION - All cancellations must be by fax or email, phone cancellations will NOT be considered valid or accepted. PERFORMANCE RESULTS - No performance results are guaranteed neither written nor implied. AGENT RESALE - Agent is not permitted to resell or redistribute leads without express written permission of L4A. No other agreement written or verbal exists between L4A and AGENT. AGENT AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY LEADS. If any portion of this agreeement is determined to be invalid it will not voide the entire agreeement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without reason.
