TERMS / CONDITIONS: Complete this form to enroll and start receiving leads. Lead flow may take time, we do not guarantee lead volume or sales results. Bad leads may be eligible for replacement per our fair return policy and not to exceed 15% of your spending commitment per month - with the exception of bad phone numbers. Minimum monthly purchase commitment is $500 per month, however you are only charged for leads received. Initial deposit is $250 and will be charged upon enrollment. Once balance hits $0 you will be charged $500, and every time balance hits $0 you will be auto replenished $500. You may cancel anytime with 30 day notice however you will be responsible for all charges as of day of cancellation your card will be charged for any open balance. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason including but not limited to reselling our leads, violation terms of service or inactivity.
