FREQUENTLY ASKED NEW ACCOUNT SIGN-UP QUESTIONS:

HOW MANY LEADS WILL I RECEIVE?  The amount of Health Insurance Leads you receive depends on the
monthly budget you select.  YOUR WILL NEVER BE CHARGED MORE THAN YOUR SPECIFIED MAXIMUM BUDGET.  MINIMUM BUDGET IS $250 PER MONTH.

HOW DOES YOUR BILLING SYSTEM WORK?  You specify a MAXIMUM MONTHLY BUDGET and we deliver as many HEALTH INSURANCE leads as possible - UP TO your maximum budget.  We bill between the 8th - 15th of each month FOR THE MONTH'S PRIOR LEADS.  For example you will be billed August 8-15th for JULY leads.  This allows time for credits - because we do allow you to exchange bad leads (within reason and with some limitations).

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?  YES - All cancellations must be IN WRITING by POSTAL MAIL or FAX - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EMAIL CANCELLATIONS, for security reasons.  YOU MAY CANCEL ANYTIME BUT YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH INSURANCE LEADS RECEIVED IN PRIOR MONTH!!!  If you cancel you will not receive any further health insurance leads, but you will receive a statement and bill for leads delivered.  We are very fair and ask that you do NOT abuse our kindness.

HOW MANY LEADS WILL I RECEIVE PER DAY?  The amount of leads per day is determined by your monthly
lead budget, and our systme capacity.  Our system will AUTOMATICALLY calculate your lead budget and send a proper amount of leads based on your monthly budget.  THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF LEADS IS 10 PER DAY.  This does not mean you are guaranteed to receive 8 per day, but if you want to receive less than 10 leads per day - we can not guarantee this.  Our lead service is designed for those who want to measure REAL RESULTS - working 2 or 3 leads per day is generally not the type of agent we have on our service.

WILL I RECEIVE LEADS LATE AT NIGHT OR ON WEEKENDS?  NOT REALLY!  95% of our leads are distributed
between 8AM local time and 11PM local time.  VERY FEW LEADS are sent out late at night or on weekends at
this time.  We are making every effort to continue this feature - since our agents prefer leads sent during
business hours.  THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ADVANTAGE OF OUR HEALTH INSURANCE LEAD SERVICE.

ARE YOUR LEADS FRESH?  YES!  Our Health Insurance Leads are generally distributed within minutes or
hours.  NO lead service delivers "Real Time Health Insurance Leads" and anyone who claims such a thing is
really stretching the truth.  Technically we have a window of up to 24 hours to distribute leads - this is due
to systems issues, email issues, and Internet conditions.  The reality is most Health Insurance Leads are
distributed in well under 2 hours (most in a few minutes).
