Our Health Insurance Lead format is very simple, clean and user friendly.  You will notice the lead does not contain a lot of images, advertisements, or distractions.  Our leads contain FIXED fields, and leads can be very easily extracted into just about any third party application or agency management system.  You may also EXPORT your health insurance leads into a CSV file by logging into your leads4agents.com account, this may be useful for importing to databases.  We do not offer support for the use of third party applications.

Lead Format:

• Health Insurance Leads sent in HTML format (highly recommended), however if your email client does not support HTML, you can click a HYPERLINK to view the lead
  
• We are not aware of any issues with PC, MAC, OUTLOOK, OUTLOOK EXPRESS, NETSCAPE, or any other operating system or email client.  We have never had any reports of compatibility issues.
  
• Leads can be PRINTED and do not contain any COLOR (saves on your ink or toner)
  
• Leads may be from Adults, Couples, Adult and Children, Children ONLY, or large families - the system is completely random and sends leads at random

Lead Filters:

• Bad Phone - i.e. 555-555-5555
  
• Missing Information - i.e. NO PHONE, NO MAILING ADDRESS, NO DATE OF BIRTH
  
• MORBIDLY OBESE - We generally use BLUE CROSS / BLUE SHIELD GUIDELINES ON HEIGHT / WEIGHT in each state.  We realize height and weight varies by every insurance company.
  
• DUPLICATE LEADS - We check for Health Insurance Leads sent via our system in the last 90 days - we do not guarantee you purchased this lead from another lead service.
